1. WHAT THIS COVERS
This policy applies to physical products bought through thisis40.co.za. Services, bookings, event tickets and digital items are not shipped, and this policy does not apply to them.
2. WHERE WE DELIVER
We deliver within South Africa.
3. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are usually processed within 2 to 4 business days. You will receive a notification once your order is on its way.
4. DELIVERY TIME AND COST
Delivery times and costs depend on your location and the courier used, and are shown at checkout before you pay. Estimated delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, although this can vary.
5. TRACKING
Where tracking is available, we will share your tracking details by email.
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
7. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
